The Farmhouse Slim-Down
30 days of comfort food that loves you back.
Back in my day, nobody counted calories. And nobody needed to. We ate three real meals, we ate them at the table, and we got up feeling good. Here's exactly how we did it.
- 30 days of menus, planned for you
- 60 new recipes: full plates, real flavor
- Weekly shopping lists and a Sunday cooking plan
- No counting, no shakes, no going hungry
You've done the diets. They didn't do much for you.
It isn't your willpower, honey. Nobody ever taught you to eat like a farm family.Let me show you.
My mama's six table rules.
No points, no scales, no forbidden foods. Just the way farm families ate for a hundred years.
No grazing, and no eating standing over the sink.
Vegetables first, then the rest. You'll be surprised how full you get.
Eggs, oats, fruit. You'll thank me at noon.
Dishes done, light off, kettle on for a cup of tea.
If Grandma wouldn't recognize it as food, leave it on the shelf.
Pie is not the enemy, honey. Pie every day is.
Four weeks, one easy step at a time.

Farmhouse Chicken & Vegetable Skillet
You'll need
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, in pieces
- 2 zucchini, in half-moons
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt and pepper
How I make it
- Warm the oil in a big skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper and thyme. Brown it 6 minutes, then move it to a plate.
- Cook the onion, pepper and zucchini 6 minutes in the same pan. Add the garlic for the last minute.
- Put the chicken back, cover and cook 5 more minutes.
- Squeeze the lemon over everything and bring the pan to the table.
Your whole month, planned.
This plan shares traditional eating habits and recipes. It isn't medical or nutritional advice, and results vary from person to person. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medication, talk with your doctor before changing how you eat.
This plan is for you if…
- You're tired of diets that leave you hungry
- You want to feel lighter by eating better, not less
- You like simple food the whole family can eat
- You want someone to plan the month for you
It's not for you if…
- You want to lose a lot of weight fast
- You follow a special diet for a medical reason (talk to your doctor first)
Before you ask.
How much weight will I lose?
I can't promise you a number, honey, and anyone who does is selling you something. Every body is different. What I can promise is real food, full plates and the habits that kept farm families strong for generations.
Will I be hungry?
No. That's the whole point. Three real meals, half the plate from the garden, and a proper breakfast. Most people are surprised how full they feel.
Do I need special ingredients?
Not one. Everything comes from a regular grocery store, and the shopping lists tell you exactly what to buy each week.
Can my family eat the same meals?
Yes. These are ordinary family suppers. Nobody at the table will know they're part of a plan.
How do I get my book?
Right after you pay, a link to download your PDF arrives by email, usually within two minutes. You can also download it straight from the confirmation page.
I didn't get the email. What do I do?
Check your spam and promotions folders first. Still nothing? Write to [email protected] with the email you used at checkout and we'll send it again right away.
